Benchmarque Group is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 21824) providing clinical skills training to healthcare professionals across Australia.

During my time as a permanent team member, I led the design rollout of their full rebrand following the introduction of a new logo. This included developing brand guidelines, redesigning internal and external collateral, creating document and presentation templates, and supporting the website update.

Since transitioning into a freelance role, I’ve continued to collaborate with the team on learning design projects and ongoing template development.

One of the most valuable lessons from this work has been designing with accessibility in mind. Many of Benchmarque’s learners aren’t particularly tech-savvy, so I adapted my approach to focus on strategic simplicity, creating clean, intuitive designs that support ease of use and clear communication.
